摘 要:沿海LNG接收站海水泵房取水的稳定性关系到开架式气化器的正常运行。海水泵房内水流传播途径复杂,在确保良好进水条件的前提下,减小进水流道长度能有效降低工程造价。对某LNG接收站海水泵房进行了水力特性模型试验,研究表明其吸水池长度(13.43D,D为吸水喇叭口直径)设计有较大冗余,提出了减小吸水池长度至7.43D及优化各水泵布置位置的试验方案。经验证,优化试验方案的海水泵房流道内水力特性良好,能够确保海水泵的正常运行,且流道缩短后,有效地降低了泵房建设投资。Water intake stability is related to normal operation of open rack vaporizer in seawater pump house of coastal LNG terminal.The propagation path of water flow is complex in the seawater pump house;therefore,the building cost of the project can be effectively reduced by cutting down the flow channel length while ensuring good inlet conditions.An experiment of hydraulic characteristics of the seawater pump house in a LNG terminal was carried out,the study results showed that,the length of the sump(13.43D,D is the diameter of the inlet bell)is redundant in design.The experimental scheme that reducing the length of the sump to 7.43D and optimizing the arrangement of each pump was further proposed.It has been verified that the optimized design scheme has good hydraulic characteristics of flow channel of seawater pump house,which can ensure normal operation of seawater pump,more than that,the pump house construction investment is effectively reduced after the flow channel length is shortened.
