摘  要:为解决供热管网输配再生水过程中碳钢管道的腐蚀问题,以某污水处理厂再生水为研究对象,采用失重法、电化学试验法等方法,经单因素试验和正交试验,开发出一种适用于供热管网输配再生水的碳钢缓蚀剂复合配方。试验结果表明:该碳钢缓蚀剂由SC210、九水硅酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、七水硫酸锌和HPAA等复合而成,有效投加质量浓度分别为10、15、3、2和1 mg/L;在试验温度为25℃,试验周期为72 h,旋转速率为80 r/min的试验条件下,Q235碳钢腐蚀速率为0.0174 mm/a,低于碳钢管道腐蚀速率≤0.075 mm/a的控制指标要求。该缓蚀剂是一种以阳极抑制为主的混合型缓蚀剂,其在金属表面吸附后的腐蚀电化学反应主要受电荷传递过程控制。In order to solve the corrosion problem of carbon steel pipeline during the process of heating network transporting and distributing reclaimed water,taking the reclaimed water from a sewage treatment plant as the research object,using weight loss method,electrochemical test method and so on,a complex formula of carbon steel corrosion inhibitor suitable for heating network transporting and distributing reclaimed water was developed through single factor test and orthogonal test.The test results showed that,the said carbon steel corrosion inhibitor was compounded of SC210,Na2SiO3·9H2O,sodium gluconate,ZnSO4·7H2O and HPAA,the effective dosage concentrations were 10,15,3,2 and 1 mg/L respectively.Under the experimental condition that the temperature was 25℃,the cycle was 72 h,the rotation speed was 80 r/min,the corrosion rate of Q235 carbon steel was 0.0174 mm/a which satisfied the requirement of the corrosion rate of carbon steel pipe that must be not above 0.075 mm/a.Moreover,the said corrosion inhibitor was a intermix inhibitor mainly based on anode inhibition,and the electrochemical reaction on metal surface after the adsorption was mainly controlled by charge transfer step.
