摘 要:为探究电渗析装置对胶体的粒径调控效果,以分子胶体牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和粒子胶体九水偏硅酸钠(Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O)为研究对象,结合电渗析过程中电压、电导率、pH值及Zeta电位等参数的变化分析胶体粒径变化的原因,探究了电渗析作为胶体粒径调控装置的可行性,并通过调整电流密度确定其调控范围,以达到精准调控的目的。结果显示,在200 A/m^(2)电流密度下电渗析对2种胶体的粒径调控范围最广,能将分子胶体BSA从370.51 nm调控到33380 nm,将粒子胶体Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O从660.72 nm调控到41920.5 nm;当电流密度为50 A/m^(2)时,粒径调控范围发生变化,BSA从239.82 nm到8050 nm,Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O从317.4 nm到21363.5 nm。故通过调整电流密度能改变粒径调控范围,通过把控试验结束时间能达到精准调控的目的。In order to explore the effect of electrodialysis device on colloid particle size regulation,taking molecular colloid bovine serum albumin(BSA)and particle colloid sodium metasilicate nine-hydrate(Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O)as research objects,the cause of colloid particle size variation was analyzed combining the changes of voltage,conductivity,pH value,Zeta potential and some other parameters,the feasibility of using electrodialysis to regulate colloid particle size was explored,and it was also pointed out that,the goal of precise regulation could be achieved by adjusting current density.The results showed that,electrodialysis could regulate the particle size of the two colloids in the widest range at a current density of 200 A/m^(2),the particle size of molecular colloid BSA could be regulated from 370.51 nm to 33380 nm,the particle size of granule colloid Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O could be regulated from 660.72 nm to 41920.5 nm;when the current density was 50 A/m^(2),the particle size control range changed from 239.82 nm to 8050 nm for BSA and changed from 317.4 to 21363.5 nm for Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O.Therefore,the control range of particle size can be changed by adjusting current density,and the purpose of precise control can be achieved by controlling the end time of the experiment.
