摘  要:针对某PCB产业园络合废水中络合态重金属和含氮污染物浓度较高的特点,设计采用亚铁、钠盐破络-混凝沉淀-生化处理工艺,工程运行结果表明,该工艺对污染物去除效果好,出水水质稳定,COD、NH_(3)-N、总磷和总铜去除率分别达到90.70%、91.71%、83.92%和99.97%,其排放浓度均满足GB 21900—2008《电镀污染物排放标准》中表3排放限值要求。介绍了该工程的工艺流程及主要设计参数,给出了运行成本及处理效果。According to the high concentrations of complex heavy metals and nitrogen-containing pollutants in complex water from a PCB industrial park,a combined process of ferrous and sodium salt complex-breaking-coagulation sedimentation-biochemical treatment was adopted for its treatment.The results of the project operation showed that,the said process had a good pollutants removal efficiency,the effluent water quality was stable,the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,total phosphorus and total copper reached 90.70%,91.71%,83.92%and 99.97%respectively,the discharge concentrations of the above pollutants all met the emission limit requirement of table 3 in GB 21900—2008 Emission standard of pollutants for electroplating.The process flow and main design parameters of the said project were introduced with the operation cost and treatment effect provided at the same time.
