摘　　要：浙江省天台县以水系连通及水美乡村建设试点项目为抓手,以建设共同富裕标杆县为目标,水利先行,持续开展美丽河湖创建、河道综合治理,形成了特色鲜明的水美乡村促进共同富裕模式。总结三个典型地区在水生态治理、产业融合和水文化融合等方面的做法和成效,提出建议:以人为本,提升水安全保障;统筹谋划,推动共同富裕;因地制宜,打造特色工程;产业融合,激发行业潜力;系统观念,形成共富合力。Tiantai County of Zhejiang Province has taken the pilot projects of water system connectivity and the beautification of waters in rural areas as the foundation for achieving the goal of becoming a model county for common prosperity.By prioritizing water management,the county has undertaken initiatives such as creating beautiful rivers and lakes and implementing comprehensive river channel governance.These efforts have resulted in a distinct model for promoting common prosperity through the beautification of waters.This study summarizes the practices and achievements in water ecological management,industry integration,and cultural integration in three representative areas.The study proposes suggestions,including prioritizing people’s wellbeing to enhance water security,implementing holistic planning to promote common prosperity,adopting tailored approaches to create distinctive projects,integrating industries to unlock their potential,and fostering a systemic approach to achieve shared prosperity.The findings aim to provide reference and inspiration for other regions.
