摘  要:某合成树脂反应釜对搅拌器有三点设计要求:一是速度场均匀、无死区;二是混合迅速;三是在爆聚工况下,即黏度升高时仍能保持良好的搅拌混合效果,基于以上要求选择了某框式搅拌器。采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对此框式搅拌器在两种工况下的流动特性与混合效果进行研究分析,从速度场、搅拌功率、混合时间等方面对其考察,研究结果表明,该搅拌器满足反应釜的设计要求,可为将来的设计优化和放大提供参考。There are three design requirements for the agitator of a synthetic resin reactor.First,the velocity field is uniform and there is no dead zone.Second,rapid mixing;Third,in the detonation condition,that is,it can still maintain good mixing effect when the viscosity increases.Based on the above requirements,a frame agitator is selected.In this paper,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to study and analyze the flow characteristics and mixing effect of the frame-type agitator under two working conditions,respectively from the aspects of velocity field,stirring power,mixing time and so on.The research results show that the agitator meets the design requirements of the reactor,and provides a reference for future design optimization and amplification.
