摘　　要：根据生物安全的法规要求及现代生物制药工程技术特点,对制药企业使用的生物实验室进行安全风险及防护水平的评估,并对工作室的气流方向、压差和生物安全柜的选型进行探讨。According to the requirements of biosafety laws and regulations and the characteristics of modern biopharmaceutical engineering technology,the biological laboratory used by pharmaceutical enterprises was evaluated for safety risk and protection level,and the airflow direction,pressure difference and the selection of biosafety cabinet in the studio were discussed.
