摘　　要：将老旧小区改造的全过程视作一个系统工程,运用系统工程的方法构建老旧小区改造的全过程模型,旨在提高老旧小区的改造效率。模型采用四维结构体系构建,包括时间维、逻辑维、知识维和环境维四个维度,并对以上四个维度的具体内涵进行了系统的阐述。该方法可以为政府和相关企业制定老旧小区改造方案提供一种新视角、新思路。The renovation of old community is an important part of urban renewal.This paper regards the whole process of the renovation of old community as a system engineering,and uses the method of system engineering to build the whole process model of the renovation of old community,the aim is to improve the renovation efficiency of old community.The model is constructed with four dimensions,including time dimension,logic dimension,knowledge dimension and environment dimension,and the specific connotation of the above four dimensions are systematically described.This method can provide a new perspective and new idea for the government and related enterprises to formulate the reconstruction plan of the old community.
