摘　　要：多式联运尤其是国际多式联运是推动“一带一路”建设走深、走实的重要抓手。完善多式联运保险法律制度对于发展多式联运、提升中国保险业影响力具有重要作用。以多式联运货物运输保险和多式联运经营人责任保险为主线,在分析和总结中国多式联运保险法律适用和实务现状的基础上,通过考察英美法系国家和大陆法系国家(地区)关于多式联运保险的相关规定,采取比较分析的方式对中国目前在多式联运保险利益、保险期间和责任范围方面存在的主要问题从法律规范以及合同条款层面提出解决方案,以期完善中国多式联运保险法律制度,促进中国多式联运保险实务发展。The multimodal transportation,especially the international multimodal transportation is an important starting point to promote the construction of“Belt and Road”to go deeper and solider.Improving the legal system of multimodal transportation insurance plays an important role in developing multimodal transportation,and enhancing the influence of China’s insurance industry.With multimodal cargo transportation insurance and multimodal transportation operators liability insurance as the main discussion point,through the investigation on the multimodal transportation insurance regulations of Anglo and American law countries and continental law countries(regions),we can put forward solutions to the main problems in terms of insurable interests,duration of insurance and the scope of insurance liability through the method of comparative analysis from the perspectives of legal norms and contract terms,in the hope of improving the legal system of multimodal transportation insurance and promoting the development of multimodal transport insurance practice in China.
