摘  要:研究了高层住宅小区在不同时空二次供水水箱的微生物菌群结构。采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术,基于门和属水平剖析细菌、古细菌和真菌的种类和相对丰度,探讨了其产生的原因及对用户水质安全的影响,并提出了解决措施和建议。二次供水水箱中的微生物菌群均有致病菌属的存在。水箱中松散沉积物,低氯残留及水的停留时间过长均使得供水水质存在安全隐患。建议对二次供水设施及时维护并对其水质定期检测,有条件的二次供水系统应该增设消毒设施,以确保二次供水水质符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022),保证居民用水安全。The microflora structure of secondary water supply in high-rise residential area was studied in different time and space.Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the species and relative abundance of bacteria,archaea and fungi based on phylum and genus level.The causes and effects on water quality safety of users were discussed,and solutions and suggestions were put forward.Pathogenic bacteria were present in the secondary water supply tank.Loose sediment in the tank,low chlorine residue and long retention time of water all lead to safety risks of water quality.It is suggested that the secondary water supply facilities be maintained in time and their water quality be regularly tested.If conditions permit,disinfection facilities should be added to the secondary water supply system to ensure that the water quality of the secondary water supply meets the standards for drinking water and ensure the water safety of residents.
