摘　　要：伯绅簋是西周中期的青铜器,铭文记载伯绅用该簋来盛载稻粱,用以宴享他的同僚及朋友,并用来祈福。铭文内容印证了文献中关于簋的定义,证实了西周饮食文化的等级性,并为西周农作物的研究增添了又一例证。The Boshen Gui is a bronze ware in the middle of the Western Zhou Dynasty.The inscription records that Boshen used the Gui(a type of food containers)to hold rice and millet for entertaining his colleagues and friends,and praying for blessings.The inscription confirmed the definition of Gui in the literature,confirmed the hierarchy of the food culture in the Western Zhou Dynasty,and added another example to the study of crops in the Western Zhou Dynasty.
