摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,要加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合。数字经济具有助力乡村产业高质量发展的生产效应、助力乡村生活优化升级的生活效应、助力乡村治理效能提升的治理效应、助力乡村环境整治改善的生态效应,对赋能乡村振兴具有独特优势和积极意义。而规则制度供给不足、基础设施发展滞后、乡村数字经济人才短缺、乡村居民数字经济素养相对不高等现实障碍,则制约了数字经济赋能乡村振兴的作用发挥。为此,要针对制约因素并结合经济社会的发展实际,通过建立健全数字乡村规则制度、加大数字基础设施建设力度、培育乡村数字经济人才队伍、提高乡村居民数字经济素养、创新服务乡村数字化转型的技术和平台等途径,充分释放和发挥数字经济赋能乡村振兴的巨大潜力。According to the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we should accelerate the development of the digital economy and promote the deep integration of the digital economy with the real economy.Digital economy has a unique advantage and positive significance in enabling rural revitalization because of its production effect in promoting the high-quality development of rural industries,its life effect in promoting the optimization and upgrading of rural life,its governance effect in promoting the efficiency of rural governance,and its ecological effect in promoting the improvement of rural environment.Inadequate provision of rules and institutions,backward development of infrastructure,shortage of rural digital economy talents,and relatively low digital economy literacy of rural residents are practical obstacles that restrict the role of digital economy in enabling rural revitalization.Therefore,we should aim at the restrictive factors and combine them with the actual development of economic society.By establishing and improving the rules and systems of digital countryside,strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,cultivating the talent team of rural digital economy,improving the digital economy literacy of rural residents,and innovating the technologies and platforms that serve the digital transformation of rural areas,the great potential of rural revitalization enabled by digital economy is fully released and brought into play.
