摘　　要：水土保持是一项社会经济发展与自然和谐发展的重要因素,在建设与开采煤矿工程的过程中,水土保持方案的制定和实施对于指导煤炭资源走可持续发展之路有重要意义。本文结合当地实践经验介绍露天井田煤矿建设施工及生产过程,并结合当地的地质、气候、植被等情况对水土保持进行了详尽合理的评价。Soil and water conservation is an important factor for the harmonious development of social economy and nature.The formulation and implementation of soil and water conservation plan in the process of coal construction and mining projects is of great significance to guide coal resources to take the road of sustainable development.In this paper,based on local practical experience,soil and water conservation is evaluated in detail and reasonably in the process of coal mine construction and production in open pit field,and in combination with local geology,climate,vegetation and other conditions.
