基于TOPSIS法的澄江市土地利用效益评价及障碍因子识别

摘　　要：从生态、经济、社会等方面评价土地利用效益,运用TOPSIS法对近10年土地利用进行评价,借助障碍度模型找出制约土地利用效益的障碍因子,为澄江市土地可持续利用提供支撑.结果表明:(1)近10年的土地利用综合效益上升,社会效益上升,2018—2019年上升幅度较大;生态效益呈“先降后升再降”趋势;经济效益稳步上升.(2)2019年,澄江市的障碍因子主要有水土流失治理面积、地均污水排放量、人均粮食产量等.(3)2015—2019年,影响澄江市土地利用效益提升的因子主要是社会效益,从长期看,生态效益将会逐渐成为限制土地利用效益提升的主要障碍因子.The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the land use in recent 10 years and the land use benefit from ecological,economic,social,and other aspects.The obstacle degree model was used to find out the obstacle factors restricting the land use benefit,to provide support for sustainable land use in Chengjiang.The results showed that(1)the comprehensive land use benefit and social benefit increased in recent 10 years,with a large increase from 2018 to 2019,the ecological benefits showed a trend of"decreasing first,then increasing and then decreasing",and economic performance has steadily increased;(2)in 2019,the main obstacle factors of Chengjiang were soil erosion treatment area,average sewage discharge,per capita grain output,etc.;and(3)from 2015 to 2019,social benefits were the main factors affecting the improvement of land use efficiency in Chengjiang.In the long run,the ecological benefit will gradually become the main obstacle restricting the improvement of land use benefits.
