摘  要:高压变频技术经过近年的发展,以其优异的调速、起动和制动性能、高效率因素和节电效果,广泛的适用于风机和泵类负载的控制调节。分析介绍了镇雄电厂凝结水泵MAXF系列变频装置厂家设计漏洞的优化方案,通过对变频装置跳合闸控制回路的优化改造,并经过试验验证,有效解决了变频装置存在的漏洞问题,提高了其运行的可靠性,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。With its excellent speed regulation,starting and braking performance,high efficiency factors and powersaving effect,high-voltage frequency conversion technology is widely applied to the control and adjustment of fan and pump loads after developmentof recent years.This paper analyses and introduces the optimization scheme for design loopholes of MAXF series frequency converter manufacturers of condensate pump in Zhenxiong Power Plant.Through the optimization modification of tripping and closing control circuit of frequency converter and the test verification,the leak problem of frequency converter is effectively solved,the reliability of its operation is improved and the safe and stable operation of the unit is guaranteed.
