摘  要:汽轮发电机大多采用水氢氢冷却方式,漏氢是威胁氢冷机组安全运行的主要问题。因此在大修期间对发电机漏氢隐患提前采取措施就显得尤为重要。结合个人检修经验,主要阐述了某电厂2号发电机大修期间针对漏氢隐患的实验、分析及采取的导电螺钉密封圈更换及轴颈修补两项具体措施,以及整体气密试验结果。Hydrogen leakage is the main problem threatening the safe operation of hydrogen-cooled units.Therefore,it is very important to take measures in advance for potential hydrogen leakage of generator during overhaul.Based on personal maintenance experience,this paper mainly elaborates the test,analysis and two specific measures for hydrogen leakage during overhaul of No.2 generator in a power plant,replacement of sealing ring with conductive screw and repair of journal,as well as the overall air-tight test results.
