摘 要:梨园水电站技术供水系统通过减压阀采用自流减压方式主要供给机组及主变所需的冷却水,随着机组运行时间的增长,减压阀频繁出现不能自动调节技术供水流量及压力的现象,影响机组及主变冷却系统的稳定运行。通过对实际运行中各机组技术供水减压阀故障现象进行分析,结合检修进行现场排查,最终查明并确认了减压阀失调的根本原因。并且通过提出针对性措施,显著提高了减压阀阀芯动作的准确及可靠性,保证了机组技术供水系统的安全稳定运行。The technical water supply system of LiyuanHydropower Station mainly supplies the cooling water required by the unit and the main transformer through the pressure reducing valve by gravity.With the growth of unit operation time,the phenomenon that the pressure reducing valve can not automatically adjust the flow and pressure of technical water supply frequently occurs,which affects the stable operation of the unit and the main transformer cooling system.Through the analysis of the failure phenomenon of the pressure reducing valve of the technical water supply of each unit in the actual operation,combined with the on-site troubleshooting,the root cause of the pressure reducing valve imbalance was finally identified and confirmed.Through the proposed targeted measures,the accuracy and reliability of the action of the pressure reducing valve core are significantly improved,and the safe and stable operation of the technical water supply system of the unit is ensured.
