摘　　要：经过仔细检查,发现1台10/35 kV油浸式全闭厢式变压器和高压套管之间的电缆头存在间隙放电问题。经过深入的分析和讨论,得出结论:施工工艺是导致这一问题的主要原因。建议采取一些措施来解决这一问题,例如更换电缆头、调整电缆的布局、增大变压器箱体底部和电缆线芯之间的距离。采用重新设计的电缆头和防火措施、增加线芯距离、增加变压器箱体底部与电缆线芯的间距,以及改变电缆的排列方式,成功地解决了光伏电站箱式变压器电缆头之间的放电故障问题。After careful inspection,it is found that there is gap discharge problem in cable head between 10/35kV oil immersed fully closed box transformer and high voltage sleeve.After in-depth analysis and discussion,it is concluded that construction technology is the main cause of this problem.It is recommended that some measures be taken to solve this problem,such as replacing the cable head,adjusting the cable layout,and increasing the distance between the bottom of the transformer case and the cable core.The problem of discharge fault between cable heads of box transformers in photovoltaic power plants has been successfully solved by redesigning cable heads and fire protection measures,increasing the distance between cable cores,increasing the distance between bottom of transformer box and cable cores,and changing the cable arrangement.
