摘　　要：水电站顶盖排水系统为水轮发电机组的重要辅助系统,其作用是及时排出顶盖内主轴密封、活动导叶轴套等部位的漏水。顶盖排水系统缺陷引发的水淹水导轴承事故在国内外时有发生,其可靠性时常困扰着水电站的维护人员。以阿海水电站顶盖排水系统为例,深入分析顶盖排水泵运行时间长的原因并进行优化改造,大大缩短了顶盖排水泵运行时间、提高了顶盖排水泵使用寿命。The top cover drainage system of hydropower station is an important auxiliary system of the hydraulic generator unit.Its function is to drain water leaking from the main shaft seal and movable guide vane bushing in the top cover in time.Flooding guide bearing accidents caused by defects of head drainage system occur frequently at home and abroad,and its reliability often troubles maintenance personnel of hydropower stations.Taking the top cover drainage system of Ahai Hydropower Station as an example,the reasons for the long operation time of top cover drainage pump are deeply analyzed and optimized,which greatly shortens the operation time of top cover drainage pump and improves the service life of top cover drainage pump.
