摘  要:在大型水电站的建设过程当中,需要长距离埋设引水压力钢管及对泄洪冲沙洞进行挖掘施工,通常会采用施工支洞来减小施工难度和增加工作面。梨园水电站在完成压力钢管深埋和泄洪冲沙洞施工投产发电后,施工支洞处于闲置状态,由于施工支洞无法完全封闭,洞内有山体渗水且有剩余部分陈旧设备,所以需要解决施工支洞日常运维问题。通过在洞内安装摄像头接入工业电视系统、优化自动控制系统和将洞内水位信号等接入监控系统等措施,达到了远程监视、自动排水及实时监测等效果,满足了日常运维的需要,最终实现施工支洞无人值守。In the construction process of large hydropower stations,it is necessary to bury diversion pressure steel pipes for a long distance and excavate flood discharge and sand flushing tunnels.Construction adits are usually used to reduce construction difficulty and increase the working face.After completing the deep burial of pressure steel pipes and the construction of flood discharge and sand flushing tunnels,the construction adit of Liyuan Hydropower Station was idle for power generation.Due to the fact that the construction adit cannot be completely closed,there is water seepage from the mountain inside the adit,and there are remaining outdated equipment,it is necessary to solve the daily operation and maintenance problems of the construction adit.By installing cameras in the tunnel to connect to the industrial television system,optimizing the automatic control system,and connecting water level signals in the tunnel to the monitoring system,remote monitoring,automatic drainage,and real-time monitoring have been achieved,meeting the needs of daily operation and maintenance,and ultimately achieving unattended construction adit.
