摘 要:近来随着电力需求紧张,火电机组负荷需要不断增加,很多机组经常在额定工况甚至超额定工况下运行,相应各轴流风机的出力也随之大幅增大,一旦操作不当或调节幅度过大会使得轴流风机发生失速的概率增加。结合昆明电厂锅炉2号锅炉1号引风机近期多次发生失速的情况,依据动叶可调轴流风机失速原理,对照几次失速前后工况的变化对引风机失速原因进行了分析,认为引风机失速的主要原因为引风机的动叶开度突然增大了,并根据实际处理情况总结归纳了引风机失速的处理措施。Recently,with the tight demand for electricity,the load of thermal power units has been continuously increasing.Many units often operate under rated or even over rated conditions,resulting in a significant increase in the output of each axial flow fan.Improper operation or excessive adjustment can increase the probability of axial fan stall.Based on the recent stall situations of boiler 2 and boiler 1 induced draft fans in Kunming Power Plant,and based on the principle of adjustable axial flow fan stall,this article analyzes the reasons for induced draft fan stall by comparing the changes in operating conditions before and after several stalls.The main reason for the stall of the induced draft fan is the sudden increase in the opening of the moving blades of the induced draft fan.Based on the actual handling situation,the handling measures for the stall of the induced draft fan are summarized and summarized.
