摘　　要：在电站维修过程中相关继电保护工作和端子紧固工作中,因各端子间没有明显的区别,工作人员对工作范围不熟悉,思想麻痹大意,可能误动重要端子,造成严重后果。如何避免误动端子成为各电站棘手的事,在人、机、环、管4方面下了不少功夫,误动端子事件还是时有发生。根据开出回路端子牌特征,讨论设计一款保护出口端子防误动警示堵头,起到警示作用,有效降低人为误动概率,防止灰尘附着,防止潮湿及蜘蛛等昆虫进入导致的保护装置误动作。During the maintenance of power plant,there is no obvious difference between relay protection and terminal fastening.If the staff are unfamiliar with the scope of work and are paralyzed,they may misuse important terminals with serious consequences.How to avoid misoperation of terminals becomes a difficult problem for each power station.Many efforts have been made in human,machine,environment and management.Misoperation of terminals still occurs from time to time.According to the characteristics of terminal brand of open loop,this paper discusses and designs a warning plug to protect the outlet terminal against misoperation,which can effectively reduce the probability of human misoperation,prevent dust attachment and prevent the misoperation of protection device caused by moisture and insects such as spiders.
