摘 要:脱硫浆液中毒是石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫运行时常发生的现象,主要突出表现为脱硫效率急剧降低、浆液起泡溢流、浆液“中毒”和石膏浆液脱水困难等现象。吸收浆液被污染、品质恶化发生在吸收塔浆液反应池中,为有效避免浆液中毒,保证脱硫系统正常运行,维持塔内浆液成分比例以及减少其他杂质污染是关键。为避免浆液中毒,以实际案例为基础,系统分析了导致吸收塔内浆液中毒的内外因素,并对此提出有效防范措施。运行中只要及时发现、准确判断、处理方法得当,可保证烟气脱硫系统的安全、稳定运行。Poisoning of desulfurization slurry is a common phenomenon in the operation of limestone gypsum flue gas desulfurization.It mainly highlights phenomena such as a sharp decrease in desulfurization efficiency,slurry foaming and overflow,slurry"poisoning",and difficulty in dehydration of gypsum slurry.The contamination and quality deterioration of absorption slurry often occur in the slurry reaction tank ofabsorption tower.To effectively avoid slurry poisoning and ensure the normal operation ofdesulfurization system,the key point is to maintain the proportion of slurry components in tower and reduce other impurities pollution.To avoid slurry poisoning,this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external factors that cause slurry poisoning in absorption tower based on actual cases,and proposes effective preventive measures for this.As long as timely detection,accurate judgment,and appropriate handling methods are used during operation,the safe and stable operation of the flue gas desulfurization system can be guaranteed.
