摘 要:SF_(6)是一种应用广泛的绝缘灭弧气体材料,在110 kV及以上电压等级的GIS设备上应用普遍。其中GIS充气的效率是提高工作效率和SF_(6)使用效率的关键因素,进行相关试验后发现充气时气瓶内由于温度和压力下降,会导致充气效率下降,原因为SF_(6)气液相平衡的状态导致汽化效率降低从而影响充气效率。因此采取设计SF_(6)加热装置持续为SF_(6)气瓶加热提供持续热源保证SF_(6)汽化效率,从而提高充气效率。SF_(6)is a widely used insulation arc extinguishing gas material,widely used in GIS equipment with voltage levels of 110 kV and above.The efficiency of GIS inflation is a key factor in improving work efficiency and SF_(6)usage efficiency.After conducting relevant tests,it was found that the decrease in temperature and pressure inside the gas cylinder during inflation can lead to a decrease in inflation efficiency.The reason is that the state of SF_(6)gas-liquid phase equilibrium reduces the vaporization efficiency,thus affecting the inflation efficiency.Therefore,the SF_(6)heating device is designed to continuously provide a continuous heat source for the heating of SF_(6)gas cylinders,ensuring the vaporization efficiency of SF_(6)and thereby improving the inflation efficiency.
