摘  要:提出一种基于新一代工业物联网的设备无线测温及监测系统方案,可在生产区实现无线网络全覆盖,解决水电站运营商网络信号差、传统无线网络覆盖不全等问题。该系统针对水电站内碳刷、滑环等重要设备及其关键部位实现温度的精确感知及采集上传。同时该系统具备数据监测处理功能,能够实现设备运行温度监测分析与预警,为水电站设备安全可靠运行提供坚实的保障,有利于水电站现场工作巡检、设备状态在线监测等工作向自动化、智能化方向发展,为工业自动化转型升级提供借鉴。A scheme of wireless temperature measurement and monitoring system for equipment based on the new generation industrial internet of things is proposed,which can realize full coverage of wireless network in the production area and solve the problems of poor network signal of hydropower station operators and incomplete coverage of traditional wireless network.This system achieves precise temperature sensing,collection and uploading for important equipment such as carbon brushes and slip rings in hydropower stations,as well as their key parts.At the same time,the system has data monitoring and processing functions,which can achieve temperature monitoring,analysis,and early warning of equipment operation,providing a solid guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of hydropower station equipment.It is conducive to the development of on-site work inspections and online monitoring of equipment status in hydropower stations towards automation and intelligence,and provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of industrial automation.
