摘  要:随着信息技术的不断改革创新,对微弱信号的检测有了更高的要求。在微弱信号的检测中,常常需要放大微伏级的电信号,外部环境干扰以及电路辐射干扰给微弱信号的检测增加了难度。比如在潜艇的声呐信号检测中,由于传播衰减、海洋噪声等因素的影响,导致需要捕捉的微弱信号更加难以检测,如何滤除这些干扰,检测到所需信号成为一大难题。本文设计的微弱信号可控放大电路以高精度斩波稳零运算放大器TLC2652和数字可编程增益放大器AD8253为核心,通过级联方式对微弱信号进行放大滤波,可根据微弱信号的大小实现1/10/100/1 000/10 000倍的放大控制,通过实验结果验证其放大的效果。With the continuous reform and innovation of information technology,it has higher requirements for the detection of weak signals.In the detection of weak signals,it is often necessary to amplify the electrical signals of the microvolt level,and the external environmental interference and circuit radiation interference increase the difficulty of weak signal detection.For example,in the sonar signal detection of submarines,due to the influence of propagation attenuation,ocean noise and other factors,it is more difficult to detect weak signals that need to be captured.How to filter these interferences and detect the required signals has become a major problem.The weak signal controllable amplifier circuit designed in this paper takes the high-precision chopper zero stabilizing operational amplifier TLC2652 and the digital programmable gain amplifier AD8253 as the core,amplifies and filters the weak signal through the cascade mode,and can achieve 1/10/100/1000/10000 times of amplification control according to the size of the weak signal.Its amplification effect is verified by the experimental results.
