摘　　要：在航空电子系统中,雷电防护系统是最重要的部分之一。TVS二极管可保护离散量接口免受雷击或浪涌引起的瞬态尖峰影响。然而,对于设计人员仅仅通过TVS器件手册进行雷电防护设计并非易事。本文将介绍TVS二极管的关键参数,并且通过理论建模与计算,为离散量接口电路提供了一种4级雷电防护设计示例。In the avionics system,the lightning protection system is one of the most important parts.TVS diodes protect discrete interfaces from transient spikes caused by lightning strikes or surges.However,it is not easy for designers to design lightning protection only through TVS device manuals.This article introduces the key parameters of TVS diodes,and provides a class 4 lightning protection design example for discrete interface circuits through theoretical modeling and calculations.
