城市雨洪管理设施经济技术特征分析

摘　　要：通过文献调研、实地考察及现场监测等方法,笔者将国内的城市雨洪设施分为就地拦截/处理设施、径流过程处理设施和区域存储/处理设施三大类。并对每一种类别设施的结构原理、径流控制效果、适用区域特征条件、建设运行成本等经济技术特征进行归纳分析,为城市雨洪管理设施空间布局规划设计提供基础依据。Through literature research,field investigation and on-site monitoring,this paper classifies urban stormwater management facilities into three major categories:in-situ interception/treatment facilities,runoff process treatment facilities and regional storage/treatment facilities.It also summarizes and analyzes the economic and technical characteristics of each type of facilities,such as structural principle,runoff control effect,applicable regional characteristic conditions,and construction and operation costs,to provide a basis for the spatial layout planning and design of urban stormwater management facilities.
