摘　　要：免耕播种机是保护性耕作技术中的主要机具,开沟圆盘是免耕播种机的核心零部件,面临的最突出问题是材料耐磨性差、寿命短、自给率低、生产质量差且严重依赖进口。为此,在国家政策加持的背景下,分析了目前开沟圆盘制造和使用中存在的严重问题,从新材料研究、热处理工艺和表面强化处理3个解决问题的思路方面指出目前开沟圆盘的研究现状,同时对开沟圆盘刃口的自磨刃研究现状进行概述。最后,因免耕播种机开沟圆盘仅为农机触土核心零部件中的典型代表,以此为例对未来农机触土核心零部件的发展提出几点建议。The no-tillage planter is the main machine tool in the protective tillage technology.The trenching disc is the core component of the no-tillage planter.The most prominent problems faced are poor wear resistance of materials,short life,low self-sufficiency,poor production quality and rely heavily on imports.Under the background of national policy support,the current serious problems in the manufacture and use of grooved discs are analyzed,and the current research status of grooved discs is pointed out from the perspectives of new material research,heat treatment technology and surface strengthening treatment.At the same time,the research status of self-sharpening of grooving disc cutters is summarized.The ditching disc of the no-tillage planter is only a typical representative of the core parts of agricultural machinery touching the soil.Take this as an example to put forward some personal suggestions and prospects for the development of key soil touching parts of agricultural machinery in the future.
