摘 要:为提高小型拖拉机的运输能力,对小型拖拉机底盘进行了轻量化优化设计,并确定了小型拖拉机底盘的型材宽度、型材厚度和型材高度的设计参数等对底盘的影响与最佳条件。底盘通过Creo 3.0进行三维建模,并通过有限元软件分析观察其变形与应力。参数各分为4个水平设置,采用RSM多目标响应面分析,基于优化结果产生了3个备选设计方案。基于对模型质量考虑,优化设计:主横梁宽度为5.5mm,连接板厚度为100mm,主横梁高度为55mm,主横梁厚度为4.5mm。In order to improve the transportation capacity of small tractors,the lightweight and optimized design of the chassis of small tractors is carried out.The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the profile width,profile thickness and profile height of the small tractor chassis on the chassis and the best conditions.The chassis modeling is carried out by Creo 3.0 for three-dimensional modeling and finite element software is used to analyze and observe its deformation and stress.The parameters are divided into 4 level settings.Using RSM multi-objective response surface analysis,3 alternative design schemes are produced based on the optimization results.Based on the quality of the model,the optimized design is that the width of the main beam is 5.5mm,the thickness of the connecting plate is 100mm,the height of the main beam is 55mm,and the thickness of the main beam is 4.5mm.
