摘  要:以穴盘育苗精密播种机为研究对象,利用液压振动和气动吸附相互结合的方式,设计一种穴盘育苗精密播种机,依靠液压振动的方式对种盘进行振动,使种子形成近似流体的状态,克服外界对种子的约束力,并在气动吸附力的作用下使种子运动至吸种盘,从而达到种子的吸附和后续排种要求。试验结果表明:穴盘育苗精密播种机在运行过程中播种空穴率、播种多粒率及播种破种率均小于5%,种子吸附率和播种合格率均高于95%,能够满足精密播种要求,且在使用过程中具有较高的可靠性。This paper takes the precision seeder of hole tray seedling as the research object,designs a precision seeder with the combination of hydraulic vibration and pneumatic adsorption.It vibrates the seed disc by hydraulic vibration,makes the seed form a state of approximate fluid,overcomes the external binding force on the seeds,and makes the seed move to the seed suction plate under the action of the pneumatic adsorption force.Thus,the adsorption of seeds and the requirements of seed arrangement were met.The experimental data show that the hole rate,multiple seed rate and seed breaking rate of the precision seeder are less than 5%during the operation,and the seed adsorption rate and the qualified rate are higher than 95%.The precision seeder can meet the requirements of precision seeding and seedling raising,and has high reliability in the process of using.
