摘 要:针对木薯宽窄双行起垄种植农艺模式,为解决传统平刀式秸秆粉碎还田机垄沟秸秆残留多及粉碎不彻底的问题,研发了多辊式仿垄形木薯秸秆粉碎还田机。机具采用长、短刀轴分别对应垄面、垄沟的排布方式,结合粉碎刀片高速旋转完成作业。田间试验表明:机具平均工作效率为0.51hm^(2)/h,秸秆粉碎合格率为95.04%,留茬高度为0~3cm,有效解决了粉碎不彻底腋芽萌发的问题,满足了木薯秸秆粉碎还田的实际需求,杜绝了资源浪费与环境污染,为木薯块根机械化收获提供了先决条件。According to the planting agronomic pattern of cassava double row and narrow row,to solve the problem that the traditional horizontal knife type straw pulverizing and returning machine was not thoroughly pulverizing the residue of ridging and furrow,a multi-roller ridge-shaped cassava straw pulverizing and returning machine was developed,and its structural characteristics,working principle and main components were described.Field experiments showed that the efficiency of the machine work an average of 0.51 hm^(2)/h,straw crushing percent of pass is 95.04%,and stubble height of 0 to 3 cm,meet the actual demand of cassava straw crushing returning,can effectively solve the problems of the crushing is not completely axillary bud germination,put an end to the resource waste and environmental pollution,provide prerequisite for cassava root harvest mechanization.
