摘 要:玉米是我国重要的粮食作物之一,提高玉米收获机械化水平对于提高我国农业生产效率具有重要意义。为此,基于CiteSpace文献分析工具,通过对目前国内外相关文献进行可视化分析可知,玉米摘穗装置的设计及相关试验研究是当前研究的热门问题与研究重点。为了明确玉米摘穗过程中的最佳结构参数、提升玉米摘穗质量、增强玉米机械化生产水平,基于Design-Expert10.0正交试验,探究了玉米摘穗板间隙、机器行进速度、摘穗辊转速对玉米摘穗率及玉米籽粒破损率的影响规律及作用机理,旨在确定玉米摘穗装置的最优工艺参数。Maize is one of the important food crops in China,and it is important to improve the level of maize harvest mechanization to improve the efficiency of agricultural production in China.Based on the CiteSpace literature analysis tool,this study shows that the design of corn picking devices and related experimental studies are currently a popular issue and research focus of current research through visual analysis of current domestic and international related literature.In this study,in order to clarify the optimal structural parameters of the picking device,ensure the quality of picking and improve the production efficiency,this study explored the influence of the picking plate gap,the center height of the picking plate and the speed of the picking roller on the corn picking rate and the corn grain breakage rate during the picking process through orthogonal tests to clarify the optimal process parameters of the corn harvester.
