摘 要:为进一步提升我国精量播种机的实际应用价值,优化其智能化作业水平,基于数字化设计理念其核心结构组件展开分析。在充分考虑精量播种机主要技术特征与作业机理的基础上,建立三维数字化设计模型,依照理论成熟的标准设计进行精量播种机数字化架构布局与软件处理程序优化,并进行了精量播种机作业试验。试验结果表明:经对比,优化后的精量播种机作业系统稳定性与播种精度均相对提高了7%以上,播种适应率与种子利用率分别相对提高了8.33%与5.84%,整机作业效率优化到90%以上,体现了数字化设计应用思路的正确性及设计的可实施性。In order to further improve the practical application value of the precision planter in China and optimize its intelligent operation level,its core structure components were analyzed and studied based on the digital design concept.On the basis of fully considering the main technical characteristics and operation mechanism of precision planter,a three-dimensional digital design model was established,and the digital architecture layout and software processing program of precision planter were optimized according to the standard design with mature theory.The operation test of precision planter under the application of this digital design showed that after comparison,the operation system stability and the sowing precision of the optimized precision planter were relatively improved by more than 7%,the overall sowing performance was well improved,the sowing adaptability and the seed utilization rate were relatively improved by 8.33% and 5.84% respectively,and the operation efficiency of the whole machine was optimized to more than 90%,which reflected the correctness of the application idea of digital design and the enforceability of the design effect,and would be good positive significances for the optimization analysis of the similar agricultural machinery device.
