摘  要:为探究预热缓冲对混合原料厌氧湿发酵产甲烷性能的影响,以玉米秸秆和牛粪作为试验原料,按照总固体质量(TS)比1∶2混配,采用预热缓冲处理方法进行中温厌氧发酵产甲烷试验。试验结果表明:预热缓冲使混合原料的累积甲烷产量提高了12.97%,甲烷产率提高了29%,在发酵周期上缩短了5天。为了验证试验数据的可靠性,利用Gompertz模型进行理论拟合分析,得出处理组和对照组的相关系数分别为0.997和0.995,最大甲烷产率分别为78.66mL/g和68.35mL/g。综上所述,预热缓冲处理方法可缩短发酵体系中厌氧产甲烷的反应时间,提高启动阶段的产气速率及甲烷产量,故运用Gompertz模型拟合多原料混合厌氧发酵的累积甲烷产量曲线的方法是可行的。To investigate effects of preheating buffer on the performance of mixed raw materials for anaerobic wet fermentation of methane production,corn stalks and cow manure were used as the test materials.The corn stalks and cow manure were mixed according to the total solid ratio of 1∶2,and the method of preheating buffer was adopted to perform medium temperature anaerobic wet fermentation experiments.The results showed that the preheating buffer increased the cumulative methane by 12.97%and methane production rate by 29%respectively.The fermentation period was shortened by 5days.In order to verify the reliability of the data,the Gompertz model was used to fit the data.The correlation coefficients of the treatments group and control group were 0.997 and 0.995 respectively,and the maximum methane production rates were 78.66mL/g and 68.35mL/g respectively.In summary,the preheating buffer pretreatment method can shorten the adaptation time of anaerobic biogas production in the fermentation system,and increase the start-up phase of gas production rate,and increase the methane production;It is feasible to use the Gompertz model to fit the cumulative production curve of multi-material mixed anaerobic fermentation.
