摘 要:新疆地区不同养殖场(如羊场、鸽子场、牛场等)禽畜粪便废弃物等的处理是一个亟待解决的问题。进行充分翻抛发酵能够有效降低养殖场的环境污染,减少劳动力投入,提高了养殖收入和积极性,可促进当地农业、经济、生态的良性循环。研制的发酵翻抛机由绞拢翻抛机构、可调速行走机构、换垛机构及电路控制系统等组成,其翻抛能力受多种影响因素耦合作用。为此,利用正交试验对影响翻抛能力的4个主要因素进行分析,结果表明:翻抛角度为50°、前进速度为0.056m/s、翻料转速为100r/min、粪便与秸秆比为7∶3,为最佳翻抛参数。Different farms in Xinjiang,such as sheep farms,pigeon farms,cattle farms and other livestock manure waste,are an urgent problem to be solved.Adequate tilling and fermentation can effectively reduce environmental pollution on farms,reduce labour input,improve farm income and motivation,and promote a virtuous cycle of local agriculture,economy and ecology.The fermentation tumbler is composed of a winch tumbling mechanism,a speed-adjustable walking mechanism and a pallet-changing mechanism,and a circuit control system.The tossing capacity is influenced by a variety of coupling factors,for this problem this paper uses orthogonal tests to analyse the four main factors affecting the tossing capacity.The results show that the optimum tossing parameters are when the tossing angle is 50°,the forward speed is 0.056m/s,the tossing speed is 100r/min and the manure to straw ratio is 7∶3.
