摘  要:为满足目前大豆单粒精密播种的农艺需求,设计了一种大豆侧窝排种器,并对其基本结构和工作原理进行了分析。以中黄13种子为研究对象,利用仿真软件EDEM 2.6对大豆侧窝排种器的性能进行了仿真试验,结果显示:排种器转速对单粒率、重播率和漏播率均有着重要影响,排种器转速为30r/min时的单粒率、重播率和漏播率分别为96.67%、2.25%和1.08%。台架验证试验结果显示:当排种器转速为32r/min时,各项指标综合最优,单粒率、重播率和漏播率分别为96.21%、2.13%和1.66%,均符合排种器排种标准。研究结果表明:应用EDEM软件分析大豆侧窝排种器的工作过程是可行的,能够为排种器的设计与优化提供理论依据。In order to meet the current agronomic needs for precision single-seed soybean seeding,a soybean side nest metering device was designed,and its basic structure and working principle were analyzed.Taking Zhonghuang 13 seeds as the research object,the simulation software EDEM 2.6 was used to simulate the performance of soybean side nest metering device.The results showed that the speed of the metering device has an effect on the single seed rate and reseeding rate of seeding.When the rotation speed of the seed meter is 30 r/min in the simulation test results,the single seed rate,replay rate and missed seed rate of the seed meter are 96.67%,2.25% and 1.08%.The bench verification test results show that when the rotation speed of the seed meter is 32 r/min,the indicators of the seed meter are comprehensively optimal,and the single seed rate,replay rate and missed seed rate of the seed meter are 96.21%,2.13% and 1.66%,the results are in line with the seed metering standard of the seed metering device.The results show that it is feasible to sue the EDEM software to analyze the working process of the soybean side nest seed metering device,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the seed metering device.
