摘　　要：我国经济发展进入高质量发展新阶段,电信终端产业面临前所未有的机遇。国内企业大力开拓海外市场,影响日益扩大,如何确保电信终端产品符合各国和地区的监管要求已成为出海企业亟待解决的问题。阐述了准入认证要求涵盖的内容,并按准入认证要求对出海目标国家和地区进行了分类,针对不同类别提出认证解决方案建议。此外,基于出海企业反馈的准入认证难点,面向我国认证实验室、电信终端企业及产业各方后续工作提出了合理化建议。China s economic development has entered a new stage of high-quality development,and the telecommunication terminal industry is facing unprecedented opportunities.Domestic enterprises are vigorously exploring overseas markets,and their influence is growing.How to ensure that telecommunication terminal products meet the regulatory requirements of various countries has become an urgent problem for overseas enterprises.This paper describes the access certification requirements,classifies the destination countries and regions according to the access certification requirements,and proposes certification solutions for different classifications.In addition,based on the access certification pain points and difficulties faced by overseas enterprises,this paper also puts forward reasonable suggestions for the follow-up work of China s certification laboratories,telecommunication terminal enterprises and other parties related to the industry.
