摘　　要：“城市大脑”日渐成为智慧城市中新的研究热点,有助于提升城市的智能化水平,但智慧城市的建设还有待完善。随着新一代AI、仿真建模、商业智能等新技术的蓬勃发展,以可持续发展的商业模式和运营模式为原则,实现AI能力在城市全生命周期内普惠,并深度融合协同城市的多样化场景,将对城市的建设规划和治理模式产生深远影响,并最终形成城市运营管理的智能化决策。城市可进一步演进为智慧、开放、进化的生态智能体,未来城市不再遥不可及。The“city brain”has increasingly become a new hotspot in research on smart cities,helping to improve the intelligence level of cities,but the construction of smart cities still needs further improvement.With the vigorous development of new technologies such as new-generation Artificial Intelligence(AI),simulation modeling and business intelligence,sustainable business models and operation models are taken as the principles.AI capabilities are universalized throughout the life cycle of the city,and all aspects of the city are deeply integrated and coordinated.All those will deeply affect the construction planning and governance mode of the city and form the intelligent decision-making of urban operation and management.Cities can further evolve into intelligent,open and evolving ecology,so cities of the future are no longer out of reach.
