摘  要:随着汽车高速发展,市面上的车灯已不再局限于固定状态的灯光,而是呈现越来越丰富的动画和视觉效果,在满足车规要求的前提下,对于日行灯、转向灯、位置灯均走向动态效果的趋势,如位置灯在迎宾、休眠时需要呈现一段动画,转向灯在转弯工作状态时需要呈现流水效果。本文介绍了一种基于TPS92662A的多通道分时复用动态日行灯控制电路,驱动采用了先升压后降压的控制方式,升压使用一款Boost芯片,降压使用一款双通道Buck芯片,可提供给大功率日行灯稳定的电流,以满足LED亮度一致的要求。整个控制电路仅需要车身提供电源线(KL.30和GND)与通信线(CANH和CANL),电源管理使用UJA1169,静态电流仅有0.1 mA;在功能安全方面,当出现MCU不可控时驱动电路,将执行跛行回家程序。本电路驱动控制采用SPI通讯方式,矩阵芯片TPS92662A采用CAN总线通讯方式,MCU通过两种通讯方式完成灯光的点亮和动态效果。With the rapidadvancement of automobiles,car lights on the market are no longer limited to fixed-state lighting but are increasingly showcasing rich animations and visual effects.While meeting the requirements of vehicle regulations,there is a growing trend towards dynamic effects for daytime running lights,turn signals,and position lights.For instance,position lights may display an animated sequence during welcoming or idle states,while turn signals may feature a flowing effect during turning maneuvers.This article presents a multi-channel time-division multiplexing dynamic daytime running light control circuit based on chip TPS92662A.The driving method utilizes a boost-buck control scheme,where a boost chip is used for voltage boosting and a dual-channel buck chip is employed for voltage reduction.This circuit provides stable current to high-power daytime running lights,ensuring consistent LED brightness in compliance with the requirement for uniform illumination.The entire control circuit only needs the vehicle to provide power supply lines(KL.30 and GND)and communication lines(CANH and CANL).The power management is achieved using UJA1169,which has a quiescent current of only 0.1 mA.In terms of functional safety,the drive circuit will execute Limp-home procedure when the MCU becomes uncontrollable.This circuit uses SPI communication for the driving control,while the matrix chip TPS92662A adopts CAN bus communication.The MCU utilizes both communication methods to enable the lighting and dynamic effect of the lights.
