摘 要:针对工程应用中如何确保含火工品类单机设备测试安全性的问题,提出一种软硬件结合的火工品测试方法。在地面测试系统硬件中采用火工品动态识别技术,在软件中增加火工品状态表征字。工程实践验证结果表明:该方法在提高火工品测试覆盖性的同时确保了测试安全,为工程设计领域提供一种可靠的方法。Aiming at the problem of how to ensure the test safety of single equipment containing initiating explosive device in engineering application,a test method of initiating explosive device based on the combination of software and hardware was proposed.The dynamic recognition technology of initiating explosive device is used in the hardware of the ground test system,and the characterization word of initiating explosive device state is added in the software.The results of engineering practice show that the method can improve the test coverage of initiating explosive devices and ensure the test safety,which provides a reliable method for engineering design field.
