受水利工程影响后的施工洪水计算——以桂平航运枢纽扩机工程为例

摘  要:以桂平航运枢纽扩机工程为例,介绍了两种受水利工程影响后的施工洪水及水位的计算方法。两种方法均按百色水库、澄碧河水库~桂平航运枢纽坝址区间流量+百色水库下泄流量+澄碧河水库下泄流量计算,不同之处在于方法1区间流量由贵港站历年实测洪水减去相应百色(三)站前3 d实测日平均流量(3 d为洪水传播时间,以日平均流量概化为洪水传播至贵港水文(四)站坦化后的流量)计算,方法2区间流量按照面积比的2/3次方搬贵港(四)水文站洪峰流量成果。同时介绍了施工洪水位计算的两种方法:(1)根据水位流量关系曲线;(2)根据实测水位排频计算。Taking Guiping Navigation Complex Expanding Project as example,an introduction was made on two methods of calculating construction flood and level influenced by hydraulic project,both taking into account the in⁃terval flows between Baise Reservoir or Chengbihe Reservoir and Guiping dam site,the discharges from Baise Res⁃ervoir and Chengbihe Reservoir.The difference between two methods is the calculation of interval flow.By method 1,the interval flow is the measured flood of Guigang Station over the years minus the corresponding measured daily average flow of Baise(Ⅲ)Hydrological Station in the former 3 days(the flood travel time);the average daily flow is generalized as the discharge of flood water after it spreads to Guigang(Ⅳ)Hydrological Station.By method 2,the in⁃terval flow is equal to the flood peak discharge results of Guigang(Ⅳ)Hydrographical Station multiplied by the 2/3 power of area ratio.An introduction was also made on two methods of calculating the construction flood level accord⁃ing to level-flow curve and measured level frequency curve respectively.
