摘　　要：大中型水利水电工程建设征地移民安置实施阶段的核心工作之一是确保实物分解成果数据的全面性与准确性,其中农村移民搬迁安置人口的确定是实施阶段分解工作的重点与难点,这不仅关系到移民安置点的建设规模,更是与库区居民能否享受后期扶持等相关移民安置政策、库区社会能否和谐稳定发展息息相关。因此,依法依规对搬迁人口进行移民身份的界定,是实施阶段各参建单位务必共同配合完成的重要工作。To ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of physical decomposition results data is one of the core jobs at the implementation stage of migrant resettlement due to land acquisition for large or medium water conser⁃vancy and hydropower project.Definition of the rural resettlement population is the key point and difficulty of de⁃composition work which is not only related to the construction scale of resettlement area,but also closely related to whether the residents in the reservoir area can enjoy the resettlement policies such as later support,and whether the society in the reservoir area will develop harmoniously and stably.Therefore,defining the resettlement population in accordance with laws and specifications is the important work which all relevant units must complete coordinately at the implementation stage.
