摘　　要：以那板水库除险加固工程EPC(Engineering-设计、Procurement-采购和Construction-施工的组合)项目为例,通过精神文明、规章制度、安全教育、预案演练、智能化技术和防疫常态化等多个方面对项目的安全管理建设内容与成效进行了论述。实践结果表明,该项目的安全管理建设取得了较好的成效,可以在类似EPC工程推广应用。Taking Naban Reservoir reinforcement EPC Project as example,the contents and effectiveness of safety management construction of the project are discussed in respects of spiritual civilization,regulations and systems,safety education,preplanning exercises,intelligent technology and normalization of epidemic prevention etc.The re⁃sults of practice show the safety management construction of this project has achieved good results and can be pro⁃moted and used in similar EPC projects.
