摘 要:齿轮箱是轨道交通转向架的常用部件,起到传递扭矩转速、驱动轮对前进的作用。受限于接口空间的限制,低地板轻轨车用齿轮箱一般含有螺伞齿轮副结构,螺伞齿轮接触是否良好,是影响齿轮箱性能的关键因素。本文对某型低地板轻轨车齿轮箱的螺伞齿轮点蚀问题进行研究,根据摩擦磨损原理,分析引起故障的原因,重点对螺伞齿轮相关支撑结构进行优化设计,并采用Romax软件对比校核齿面接触应力,同时优化齿轮参数、材料和装配工艺,提高承载能力和抗疲劳性能,通过加载疲劳试验,验证优化后的螺伞齿轮性能。优化后的螺伞齿轮,传动平稳,噪声较低,齿面接触状况良好。As a common part on the bogie of rail transit vehicle,gearbox transmits torque and rotational speed and drives wheelsets.Subject to the limited interface space,the gearbox used in low floor light rail vehicle usually contains spiral bevel gear pair,and the contact condition of the spiral bevel gear plays a key role in the performance of the gearbox.This paper probes into the pitting corrosion of the spiral bevel gear in the gearbox for a low floor light rail vehicle and analyzes the reasons for the failure according to the principles of frictional wear.Furthermore,design of relevant support structure for the spiral bevel gear is optimized and the contact stress on the tooth flank is checked with the help of the software“Romax”,and at the same time,gear parameters,materials and assembly techniques are optimized to increase the loading capacity and fatigue resistance.Loaded fatigue test is then followed to verify the performance of the optimized spiral bevel gear,which demonstrates smooth transmission,low noise and excellent tooth flank contact.
