摘  要:以抗侧滚扭杆为研究对象,使用Simufact软件建立三维热力耦合工艺链仿真模型,获得了扭杆闭式镦粗工艺与开式镦粗工艺极限镦粗比规律;针对文中扭杆镦粗工艺提出变截面模具改进方案并进行仿真与试制验证。结果表明,极限镦粗比规律对提高扭杆镦粗工艺的质量给发挥了很大作用,避免镦粗失稳,并指导模具优化设计,降低生产成本。Focusing on the anti-rolling torsion bar,the simulation model of 3-D thermal mechanical coupling process chain is established by using the software“Simufact”,and the law of limit upsetting ratio of closed upsetting process and open upsetting process are obtained.The improvement of variable cross-section mold for upsetting process of torsion bar is proposed and verified by simulation and trial production.Test results show that the law of limit upsetting ratio provides guidance for upgrading the quality of upsetting process,which can help avoid upsetting instability,guide optimal design of the mold and reduce production cost.
