摘 要:文章研究了焊道厚度对熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)焊接的Q235碳素结构钢焊接接头性能的影响。选用不同焊道厚度的焊接工艺进行焊接试件的制备,对这些焊缝进行理化及力学性能检测,对比试验数据,并结合经济性、操作性等因素,得出12 mm厚碳素结构钢板焊缝良好的最优焊接层道数。该研究对碳素结构钢焊接工艺的编制提供重要的参考依据,也为其他碳钢材料的焊接层道数的设计提供借鉴。The influence of welding bead thickness on the performance of the welded joint of GMAW welded Q235 carbon structural steel is studied.Welding test pieces are prepared based on the welding procedures for different welding bead thicknesses,physicochemical and mechanical property test for these welded joints is then conducted and test data is compared in consideration of their economic efficiency and operability,and finally the optimum number of welding pass for good welding joint on 12mm-thick carbon structural steel plate is obtained.This research provides important reference for formulating welding procedures of carbon structural steel and for designing welding pass on other carbon steel parts.
