摘　　要：以防入侵为最终目标,运用底线思维,提出一种适合中小企业的网络安全防御体系及方法。在准确定位自身网络安全发展阶段的前提下,以安全架构设计原则为理论指导,以入侵感知、基础安全措施、应急响应底线为实践指导,形成“三底线、四阶段、八原则”网络安全防御体系。Taking intrusion prevention as the ultimate goal and using the preparing for worst-case scenarios,a cyber security defense system and methodology for small-and medium-sized enterprises.On the premise of correctly positioning its own cyber security development stage,under the theoretical guidance of security architecture design principles and the practical guidance of intrusion perception,basic security measures and emergency response bottom line,the“three bottom lines,four stages and eight principles”cyber security defense system and methodology have been formed.
