摘　　要：为了保证低压配电网稳定运行,降低配电线路电能损耗,设计一种基于同期线损的低压配电线路电量异常监测系统。以Visual C^(++)为开发语言,系统实时检测模块包含多串口单片机的数据接收器。数据接收器经总线RS-485采集智能电表的电量数据信息,通过GPRS网络传输器将电量数据信息传送至线损模块。线损模块计算线损处理服务器利用改进等值电阻法计算低压配电线路同期线损,提取出电量异常线路,并利用数据库表显示线损分析结果。通过监测结果发布模块的终端服务器主机,呈现并预警低压配电线路电量异常监测结果。经实验结果验证,该系统可以实现同期线损的精准监测,实现电量异常监测和电量异常线路可视化预警。In order to ensure the stable operation of low-voltage distribution network and reduce the power loss of distribution lines,a monitoring system based on synchronous line loss is designed.The system is designed with Visual C^(++)as the development language.The real-time detection module of the system includes the data receiver of multi-serial MCU.The receiver collects the electric quantity data information of smart meters via bus RS-485,and transmits the electric quantity data information to the line loss module through GPRS network transmitter.The calculation line loss processing server of the module calculates the line loss of synchronous low-voltage distribution lines by the improved equivalent resistance method,and extracts abnormal lines of electric quantity.The database table displays the line loss analysis results,and presents and warns them through the terminal server host of the monitoring result publishing module.The experimental results show that the system can accurately monitor the synchronous line loss,and realize abnormal power monitoring and visual early warning of abnormal power lines.
