摘 要:通过研究第三代智能变电站智能防误技术,构建了智能变电站防误技术系统理论框架。系统建设方案主要涵盖智能防误主机、采集控制器、智能防误校核等软硬件功能模块,等。智能防误系统具备各电压等级各种接线方式的智能防误逻辑规则,系统预置的典型间隔模型库、防误闭锁逻辑规则、防误校验模型库均可进行可视化审核和维护升级,可以满足系统连续动态优化并且不断完善的要求,同时兼备一定高水平的可靠性及安全性。系统界面设计沿用当前变电站微机防误系统风格,界面直观、简洁,操作方便快捷,可快捷生成防误闭锁逻辑规则和自动校核,提高了变电站防误闭锁逻辑规则编写和校核的效率。By developing intelligent error prevention technology for the 3rd generation intelligent substation,the theory framework of intelligent substation error prevention technology system is established in this paper.The system contains intelligent error protected host,acquisition controller,intelligent prevent the hardware and software function module construction scheme,and so on.The intelligent error prevention system has intelligent error protected logic rules of various kinds of voltage grade and connection mode.It can be visually reviewed and maintenance upgraded for typical system preset interval model library,prevent error atresia logic rules,prevent false check model library,which meets the requirements of continuous dynamic optimization system and constantly improve,and has a high level of reliability and security.System interface design uses the style microcomputer substation system,and the interface is intuitive,simple,convenient and quick operation.The system can quickly generate error protected atresia logic rules and automatically check,which improves the substation error prevention atresia logic rules the efficiency of writing and checking.
